pybind11 3.0 introduced build dependencies on python-scikit-build-core and python-tomlkit as a result of https://github.com/pybind/pybind11/pull/5598. Both are currently blocked from ELN as unwanted so this is showing up only as a warning in CR, but one way or another this will need to be fixed.
