Migrate a VM from qemu-kvm 9.1.0-15 to 9.1.0-29.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

Live migration doesn't work, so important regression.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start VM on qemu-kvm 9.1.0-15 with 1 CPU Thread
2. Migrate VM to hypervisor with qemu-kvm 9.1.0-29
3. Failure

This seems to be related to the following patch:
