I've seen several instances where /tools/glibc/Regression/bz2119304-glibc-Upgrading-to-glibc-2-28-209-el8-x86_64-causes-segfaults-during-concurrent-process-launch seems particularly slow on x86-64. Based on the logs https://lab-02.beak-001.prod.pek2.dc.redhat.com/beaker/logs/tasks/207619+/207619242/taskout.log, it's running upgrade/downgrade tests with all packages.
We only need to test core glibc packages and one langpack package (even glibc-minimal-langpack would be sufficient, it's only needed for dependencies)
