      Goal

      • Add support for live migrating scsi-disk devices when the drive is a SCSI host block device.
      • SCSI Persistent Reservation migration must be transparent to the guest.

      Acceptance criteria

      • Windows Server Failover Clustering works. (Need to decide how to test this during live migration.)
      • Linux guests using the sg_persist(8) and blkpr(8) commands to acquire a reservation behave as expected across live migration. (Need a test suite.)
