Audio with RHEL 10.1 is not working on the P1 G8 and P16 G3.

There is a missing kernel patch covered in RHEL-130550 but an update to the alsa-sof-firmware package is also needed to update to include sof-arl-cs42l43-l2-cs35l56-l3-2ch.tplg

This release includes it: https://github.com/thesofproject/sof-bin/releases/tag/v2025.05.1
