      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      Our testing is blocked.

      Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      systemtap-runtime-5.4-3.el9

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      100%

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Start an anaconda installation that installs systemtap-runtime either via kickstart or manually in a way that pulls in the systemap-runtime package

      Expected results

      The installation succeeds

      Actual results

      anaconda bails out with

      [  210.442676] anaconda[5606]: Installing systemtap-runtime.s390x (561/763)
      [  211.445993] anaconda[5606]: ================================================================================
      [  211.446180] anaconda[5606]: ================================================================================
      [  211.446242] anaconda[5606]: Error
      [ 211.446276] anaconda[5606]: The following error occurred while installing the payload. This is a fatal error
      [ 211.446292] anaconda[5606]: and installation will be aborted.
      [ 211.446307] anaconda[5606]: DNF error: Error in POSTIN scriptlet in rpm package systemtap-runtime

      Additional information

      1. I confirmed that a manual installation that selects 'Server' installation group but no further subgroups doesn't pull in systemtap-runtime and installs well.
      2. In our case, apparently the 'qemu-kvm' package pulls in the systemtap-runtime; IIUC
