Customer had a leapp ugprade from RHEL 8 to RHEL 9 fail due to a watchdog restarting the system mid-upgrade:

"My IPMI watchdog is set to 5 minutes.  During the leeap upgrade from RHEL8 to RHEL9, the watchdog did not get updated and as a result the host rebooted midway through the update. The filesystems were not cleanly unmounted and the rpmdb has huge inconsistencies as well as records for the EL8 and the EL9 RPMs."

Submitting this as a feature request to have the pre-upgrade check look for watchdog timers and to throw a failure in the pre-ugprade log to warn the end user before proceeding with the upgrade.
