As reported by the upstream suite:

FAIL: bootstrap
FAIL: bootstrap with strip
FAIL: bootstrap with -Wl,--no-keep-memory
FAIL: bootstrap with -Wl,--relax
FAIL: bootstrap with -Wl,--traditional-format

Fails on ppc64le, s390x, and x86_64. aarch64 seems to be skipping these test cases.
