journalctl -f shows the following messages in the loop:

packagekitd[3248]: warning: Unsupported version of key: V6
packagekitd[3248]: failed to parse public key for /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-PQC-redhat-release
packagekitd[3248]: warning: Signature not supported. Hash algorithm SHA1 not available.

This issue significantly consumes system resources if not killed.
