With us moving towards using RHUI configuration, having up-to-date repomapping stopped being a blocker preventing an upgrade. As a consequence repomapping is outdated, causing various warnings about failures to map repositories appearing in upgrade logs. The goal is to check whether our repomapping contains all RHUI (and non-RHUI) repositories and we can map them successfully.

Currently, we are aware of some repositories being unmapped when upgrading from 8>9 on AWS HA.
