Relative symlinks in a Samba share are broken after installing or upgrading to 'samba-4.19.4-12.el8_10'. Note: The same links work correctly when using 'samba-4.19.4-10.el8_10'.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install or upgrade samba-4.19.4-12.el8_10
2. Create relative symlinks within a Samba share
3. Use 'smbclient' to access the share and try to use the relative symlinks
