It would be very nice if we could include hyperlinks in the a11y text attributes. That seems a little difficult because there are two ways that can happen, and I'm pretty sure only one of them we can handle.

OSC hyperlinks (which we can presumably handle)

Regex matches by applications (which we probably cannot handle)

Any thoughts on strategies for this? Presumably we need to modify get_text_a11y() to include information about the OSC hyperlinks?
