What were you trying to do that didn't work?

The `preferred-life-time` and `valid-life-time` keep changing on every `nmstatectl show` causing OCP treat it as nework changes

      https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-65884

And also linux bridge `hello-timer` and `gc-timer`.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

No impact, just waste of CPU effort.

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      nmstate-2.2.54-1.el9

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      100%

      Steps to reproduce

      # Setup DHCP environment

      nmstatectl show

      # Setup linux bridge
      nmstatectl show

      Expected results

`gc-timer`, `hello-timer`, `preferred-life-time` and `valid-life-time` are not included in the output of nmstatectl when using with new CLI option.

      Actual results

No such CLI option to purge timer options.
