RHEL-129406 AWS would like to move all validation in-house to speed up the qualification process and reduce our workload, notifying us only when a new instance becomes available.

xiliang@redhat.com and I believe this is feasible. Based on past issues, as long as AWS can provide sos reports, journal logs, and kernel-debug boot logs when something unexpected occurs, that is usually sufficient for development teams to quickly diagnose problems.
