      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      I'm trying to compile an application that uses SDL3 on CentOS Stream 10,
      however it seems only the SDL3 binaries are currently available, and SDL3-devel is not found.

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      I can't compile my SDL3 app on CentOS.

      Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      SDL3-3.2.4-1.el10.x86_64

      Quite

      Steps to reproduce

      1.  Load CentOS Stream 10
      2. Run the command: 
        yum install SDL3-devel

      Expected results

      yum proceeds to install SDL3-devel

      Actual results

      Unable to find SDL3-devel
