We have several tickets marked with Product Documentation Required, and we're now asked to set Release Notes Text and Release Notes Type.

Acceptance criteria:

• Tickets that we plan to address in 9.8 and 10.2 releases are reviewed, Product Documentation Required is set where the ticket should be considered by the Docs team.
• For tickets that we would like to see documented in the Release Notes, set:
  • Release Notes Type field
  • Release Notes Text to include input for the Docs team
  • Release Notes Status to "Proposed"
