Include "Red Hat UEFI CA 2024"/"Red Hat UEFI Publisher 2024" certificates to redhat-sb-certs

      Starting with shim-16.1-3, 'shimx64-redhat.efi' and 'shimaa64-redhat.efi' binaries are signed by "CN: Red Hat UEFI Publisher 2024" and neither this certificate nor it's CA ("CN: Red Hat UEFI CA 2024") are currently present in redhat-sb-certs. We have the CA cert in 'virt-sb-certs' package already but shim is not a virt specific package so I guess redhat-sb-certs deserves to have them too.
