A build of maven for RHEL 10.2 produced binding packages for the s390x architecture, while they should have been noarch. Reproduction attempts using the same SRPM in brew builds did not encounter the issue. The problem seems to be related to RPM in RHEL 10.1/10.2, with the issue being seen in Konflux/Copr due to their use of mock bootstrap feature. A potential lead that the issue could be due to a new RPM used in bootstrap in Konflux/Copr, while Brew uses an older RPM without the issue.
