What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Logout the user after changing the language from Region and Language.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

Its taking time(60secs) to logout.

How reproducible is this bug?:

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Rhel-10.2
2. Change the language and logout
3. User is not logged out immediately when we press logout button, has to wait for 60secs.

Expected results

User should be logged out immediately

Actual results

User is not logged out.
