Mesa 25.2 dropped wl_drm so we need to use linux_dmabuf v4 instead to get support for hardware acceleration with GLX for X11 clients.

Therefore we need to rebase Xwayland to version 24.1 to be able to get hardware acceleration.

That will also require support for linux_dmabuf v4 in the Wayland compositor.
