1.  Browse to /usr/share/doc/glibc-common/
2.  Note that both the file and glibc-common directory are missing
3.

• Template file is present

• Template file is missing

The file was removed per the following:

• Move the reference manual info pages from glibc-devel to glibc-doc
• Move debugger interface documentation from glibc to glibc-doc
• Remove unnecessary README, INSTALL, NEWS files from glibc
• Remove unnecessary README.timezone and gai.conf files from glibc-common

This is problematic as there is no documentation reflecting this, nor instructions for the customer in product documentation noting how to configure gai.conf from scratch.
