We need test automation to execute the jq segfault reproducer in gating from here:

Tests need to be added to RHEL8/9 via centpkg:

Acceptance Criteria

• Add to jqtests.sh to run reproducer c and check output
• Add to RHEL8 and 9 branches
• Mark qe_test_coverage+
