Description of problem:
The executable subpackage of the babeltrace package is not available in any of the RHEL 10 repositories and modules. Please make the subpackage, which is already being built, available.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.5.11-9.el10

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install babeltrace -q

Actual results:
Error: Unable to find a match: babeltrace

Expected results:
babeltrace was installed successfully

Additional info:
Because this subpackage is built as part of the babeltrace package, which is already part of RHEL 10, it would be difficult to make this package available via EPEL.
