We should update the RPM License: tag and backport an upstream patch that adds the GPL, version 3 to the source code.

There is one Hurd file (not built into the library) that is licensed under the GPL, version 3, not the LGPL.

The patch-git implementation is licensed under the GPL, version 3. Same for scripts/move-if-change.

Some autoconf scripts are licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later WITH Autoconf-exception-generic-3.0, specifically scripts/config.guess and scripts/config.sub.

Texinfo is licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later WITH Texinfo-exception.

As far as I can tell, these clarifications do not concern source code that is built into the binaries we ship.
