If an attempt is made to add a new certificate with a name that is already used, the following error message does not clarify the issue

      How reproducible is this bug?

      Always

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Add a certificate with a name e.g. "cert1"
      2. Add different certificate with the same name

      Expected results

Should report the certificate cannot be added because of duplicate name

      Actual results

Error: certutil: could not add certificate to token or database: SEC_ERROR_ADDING_CERT: Error adding certificate to database.
