What were you trying to do that didn't work?

I was debugging one of the tests and found out, that it fails, because the ppd contains *FoomaticRIPOptionSetting. For example this one: drv:///hp/hpijs.drv/apollo-2600-hpijs.ppd

What is the impact of this issue to you?

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      hplip-3.23.12-10.el10.x86_64

      How reproducible is this bug?:

Always with new version of cups-filters

      Steps to reproduce

      1. systemctl start cups
      2. echo FileDevice "yes" >> /etc/cups/cups-files.conf
      3. lpadmin -p HP_LJ_1530 -v file:/tmp/ps -m lsb/usr/HP/hp-laserjet_m1530_mfp_series-ps.ppd.gz -E
      4. lp ...

      Expected results

      Any file is printer.

      Actual results

File is not printer and job fails, because the settings are not in the hashed folder.
