Mutter/gnome-shell are being rebased to GNOME 49.

These require some new settings keys beyond those that have been backported already, so we either need to backport additional keys or update the module.

Given that the update only adds new settings and changes some defaults, it is low-risk and would be my preferred option.

Below the full list of changes between 47.1 and 49.1 (other than translation updates):

      • Fix build with meson >1.9.0
      • Support keypad page up/down keys in relevant keycombos
      • Increase document font size to 12pt
      • Use xdg-terminal-exec as default terminal launcher
      • Switch to JXL for background image
      • Add option to configure restart/shutdown options being available in the lockscreen
      • Switch to JPEG for background image
      • Switch to Adwaita Fonts
      • Split data recording and limits in time limits schema
      • Set more useful defaults on stylus buttons
      • Add screen limits schema

      Those fall into 3 groups:

      •  schema additions needed by mutter/shell (screen limits, restart/shutdown on lockscreen)
      • small useful default changes (additional workspace shortcuts, better stylus defaults)
      • changes that are irrelevant in the RHEL context (font/background changes, as those are overridden anyway)
