      Even though PostgreSQL is possible to initialize and run in a podman-bootc environment using a containerfile, there is an issue in the testing farm.

      Backport of this commit will fix it:

      __postgresqlRun: Initialising the database :: actually running 'postgresql-setup --initdb --unit postgresql'
      runuser: user postgres does not exist or the user entry does not contain all the required fields
      :: [ 04:14:33 ] :: [   FAIL   ] :: __postgresqlRun: Initialising the database (Expected 0, got 1)
