When reading the man page 'pdfsig.1',  incorrect paragraph breaks is seen.

How reproducible is this bug?:

Always.

Steps to reproduce

1. Fresh install RHEL9.
2. Install poppler.
3. Read the man page pdfsig.1.

Expected results

The option '-sign' should be in a new paragraph.

Actual results

It's in the same line of option '-dump'.
