      Steps to reproduce

      1. Fresh install RHEL9 with latest sysstat
      2. Configure the system to collect data every 1 minute using sysstat-collect. 
      3. Let the system run for more than 24 hours

      Expected results

      The midnight record should be there.

      Actual results

      The midnight record is missing.
