      Both x86 and aarch64 have incorrect version number in sbat of 16.1.

      shim.redhat,3,Red Hat Inc,shim,15.8,secalert@redhat.com

      Culprit: https://gitlab.com/redhat/rhel/rpms/shim-unsigned-aarch64/-/blob/rhel-10.0/sbat.redhat.csv?ref_type=heads

      should've been updated in RHEL-81188.
