## What were you trying to do that didn't work?
Up until a recent update to RHEL 8 sosreport has functioned, with the knowledge it would be deprecated in future.
RHEL 8 is in maintenance support, in the twilight of its lifecycle, only now to have behaviour changed.
While when the announcement of the deprecation is clear, and the reason for the change sound, this should have remained functioning in the same way for the duration of the release.
The ask is that the alias / shim is returned and maintained for the duration of RHEL 8.
## What is the impact of this issue to you?
Tooling in place that makes use of sosreport on RHEL 8.10 no longer works / consistently.
Setting an alias from sosreport to sos report would involve changes to thousands of hosts.
## How reproducible is this bug?:
100% - Any currently patched host has lost the use of sosreport.
## Expected results
Type sosreport OR sos report and a sosreport to be generated. Maintained behaviour for the life of 8.
## Actual results
It fails - the command has now changed to sos[space]report
