Disk Space usage of the client is not reported to Satellite

Satellite has a few customers that would like to have subman provide the disk space usage information by default

Steps to reproduce

1. Register a client to satellite via subman

2. [root@rhel8-node01 facts]# subscription-manager facts | grep disk 

Expected results

[root@rhel8-node01 facts]# subscription-manager facts | grep disk
disks.sda.size_bytes: 1700000

Actual results

[root@rhel8-node01 facts]# subscription-manager facts | grep disk
