Goal

Currently only (a subset of) CS9 and CS10 repositories are mapped in repomap.json.
CS8 repositories should be mapped as well.

NOTE that not all of the repositories (e.g. SIGs repos) need to be mapped at the moment as we have yet to determine how to map the more unique repos across distros in upgrades + conversions. As of now let's focus on the ones that are common to all ELs: baseos, appstream, rt, etc.

Acceptance criteria

• Possible to upgrade CS8 machine without --enablerepo CLI options.
• Repositories are properly mapped to target repositories and target repos are enabled on the upgraded system.
