I would like to have the glibc-langpack-<locale_code> package added to the UBI repository. (especially glibc-langpack-ja to me)

I will use this package to reduce the size of my app container image instead of using the glibc-all-langpacks package which introduces the 223MB large /usr/lib/locale/locale-archive.

Actually, I was able to install the glibc-langpack-ja on UBI 9 as of September 12th.

After that time, the package was missing on the UBI 9 repository.
