Description of problem:
the http(s)_proxy option in /etc/sysconfig/virt-who doesn't work for rhel8
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEL Compose: rhel-8-8-0-20230228
Vit-who Package: virt-who-1.30.14-1.el8.noarch
How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create the virt-who config file and run the virt-who service
2. Virt-who works fine and send the mapping info successfully
3. Add the unreachable proxy option in /etc/sysocnfig/virt-who
http_proxy=http://10.73.3.24:9999
4. Re-run the virt-who service and check the log
Actual results:
Virt-who still works fine and can send the mapping successfully.
Expected results:
Failed to fun the virt-who service due to the unreachable proxy
