RFE: provide gtk-vnc2-devel package in codeready-builder-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms

Description of problem:

RHEL 8 has a gtk-vnc2 package, but not the corresponding gtk-vnc2-devel package.
I see that this is documented in the documentation ("Considerations in adopting RHEL 8"), but this makes it impossible to build third-party software like "remmina". Can the gtk-vnc2-devel package be added to the codeready-builder-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms repository (similar to other devel packages)?
