Subscription-manager removed some functionality which we required to make these options work, and was no help when we asked what we should do instead (RHEL-70437).
Remove the --sm* options entirely from virt-v2v & virt-v2v-in-place. The options will no longer exist and will give an error. (Note that they didn't work before, so this is not a regression.)
