Goal

• As an Insights product manager, I want to update RHELs default message of the day to reference "Red Hat Lightspeed" instead of "Red Hat Insights", so that our customers can see consistent following the rebranding of Insights to Lightspeed (targeted 11/4). 

Acceptance criteria

In RHEL versions 10.2 and newer, the message of the day that is initiated by insights-client references "Red Hat Lightspeed" instead of "Red Hat Insights".  

The message current reads as follows and needs to be updated where bolded:
