What were you trying to do that didn't work?
This issue also can be reproduced on RHEL-10.1-20251009.3.
Tested on RHEL-10.2-20251009.1 on the machine hp-dl360g9-% with the makdumpfile parameters '-l -d 7' or '-l -d 9',failed to save vmcore file, during saving vmcore file,the system reboot.
With the default kdump configuration (core_collector makedumpfile -l --message-level 7 -d 31),did not found this issue.

Repeatedly run 10 times, it will found 2 times at least.

- install RHEL-10.2-20251009.1 on above system.
- generate a new initramfs-*. kdump.img with '-l -d 7' or '-l -d 9'
- repeately trigger panic
