      Issue Description

      RetroCL plugin deadlocks under load with an error:

      ERR - DSRetroclPlugin - write_replog_db - An error occured while adding change number 454, dn = changenumber=454,cn=changelog: Already exists.

      After restart the issue goes away. But can reappear and prevent writes to the database.

      Issue happens with 389-ds-base-2.6.1-11 and earlier.
