Steps to reproduce

1.  Login to Cockpit UI
2.  Click on Terminal tab from LHS menu list
3.  Click on Appearance dropdown from RHS
4.  Select ' Dark ' theme(2nd option) from the list
5. Please reference attached screenshot for overlap issue

Expected results

Dropdown seen properly without any UI overlap issue

Actual results

Dropdown not seen properly .

Selected option overlaps with dropdown icon. Please refer attached screenshot for this.
