Goal

• As a Red Hat employee, I want to read and follow a step-by-step guide for setting up and running the downstream test suite for Virt Storage components within RHEL.

Acceptance criteria

This Story will be complete when a guide is ready for inclusion as a tab within the larger document https://docs.google.com/document/d/1j0DiTQQpGIY-uxVcaYRLNjjQoPhuffg6oSYhaWGpnoc/edit?usp=sharing covering the downstream test steps for all scrum teams.

The instructions should document setting up an environment for automated downstream tests, including what resources are involved and how long the tests typically take to run to completion.  If there are tests that cannot be automated, the steps will mention how to reproduce downstream testing where manual intervention is required.
