      Some data in data regs is in host byte order, some in network byte order. libnftnl is unaware of this though and interprets register values as host byte order all the time.

      Provide an API to provide libnftnl with the needed byte order information and have data reg printer respect the info.

      This should eventually fix for spurious nftables testsuite failures on Big Endian systems.
