Goal

To be abe to attest an Coconut-SVSM CVM remotely and at some point unlock the encrypted persistent state (that contains the vTPM data), we need to provide the attestation proxy as a package that can be installed on the host.

• PRM package containing the aproxy binary from the coconut-svsm repo is added to RHEL
