Alt+Tab keybind for tmux in Anaconda does not work

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      The tmux instance used by Anaconda during installation does not respond to Alt+Tab to switch tabs, despite the keybind showing up in the configuration:

      bind-key -T root M-Tab next-window

      The standard Ctrl+B+1/2/3/4/5/6 works as expected.

      Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Boot using the RHEL 10 installation iso.
      2. Switch to the console using Ctrl+Alt+F1
      3. Attempt to switch tmux tabs using Ctrl+Alt
