Goal
As a user, I want to be able to inspect the block limits QEMU uses for a given block node so that I can better debug performance issues and configure VMs more optimally.
Acceptance criteria
- Verify that it is possible to query the block limits of a storage file
This feature is requested by CNV who want to use it to report wrong configurations
