link.exe can't find vc142.pdb on VirtIO-FS

      Sysinternals Process Monitor shows that some metadata requests made to vc142.pdb return different results on NTFS and Virtiofs. Probably, the problem is the file creation time absence in FUSE and virtiofsd.
