What were you trying to do that didn't work?

I installed image builder according to the documentation.  I could not build a basic qcow image with minimal customizations specified.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

1. Cannot test or use image builder to create new custom images.
2. Cannot build from the graphical cockpit interface nor from the CLI. 
3. composer-cli cannot see the blueprints created from the cockpit interface.
