Rebase the nftables set internals on op of recent upstream release to ease backporting of other required fixes later on. Could also bundle this with the real wanted fixes, namely "b2f742c846ca netfilter: nf_tables: restart set lookup on base_seq change" and all releated to commits. TBD once scope/needed work is better understood.
